1- Exchange or return options
- Once you have received your order, you have thirty (30) days to exchange and/or return the article. To do this, you should visit any MANGO store within the European Union or send the garment to the following address:

- For returns made by post, we recommend sending the package by registered mail.
- Together with the garment, you must always send the completed Return Form . This form is sent to you with your order, except in the case of purchases to be dispatched outside the European Union and/or paid for by bank transfer.
- If you have not received a Return Form, you can access the Orders option and print one.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and costume jewellery cannot be exchanged, except in the case of flaws or error.
- Only sizes and colours may be exchanged. If you wish to change the garment for another model, you will have to return the model you ordered and place a new order.
- We do not accept carriage due dispatches of returns
or exchanges.

2- Returns and/or exchanges of garments paid for by bank transfer
In order to process any return, you must state the account number of a bank in the same country in which the order was invoiced. Without this information, we will be unable to deposit the refund amount. To do this, access your Orders and click on "Return Form". This option allows you to provide us with your details and download the form you need to complete in order to process the refund. Include the completed form in the dispatch of the garments you are returning.

3- Returns and/or exchanges for countries outside the EU
- For orders to be dispatched outside the European Union, it will not be possible to exchange or refund items in MANGO/MNG stores.
- All exchanges and/or returns must be made by post to the following address:

4- Returns and/or exchanges for Canada
- Orders delivered to Canada can be exchanged or refunded in person at any MANGO-MNG store within Canada or by post to:

5- Dispatch errors or flaws:
If the garment has a flaw or an error has occurred with the dispatch, once this has been checked, you will be refunded the proportional amount of the return delivery dispatch amount.

6- Returns in physical MANGO/MNG stores
If you return any garment to a store,
the refund will be processed there. This information shall be sent
to our central offices, from where the corresponding refund shall
be made using the same payment used for the purchase.
As an exception, refunds and/or garment exchanges in the Cannary Islands, Ceuta, Channel Islands, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Melilla, Poland and Slovakia stores as well as in the Mango stores in the House of Fraser department stores in United Kingdom and Printemps in France will not take place.

7- Returns and/or exchanges for HE by MANGO collection
MANGO offers you the possibility of exchanging or refunding garments purchased from the HE by MANGO collection in any MANGO store that stocks the collection within the country of purchase or by post to:
