Gift cheques
1- Conditions - Gift vouchers may only be purchased and used at Mangoshop. - Gift vouchers are for three different amounts: 30, 60 and 100 €. - The Mangoshop gift vouchers can only be redeemed in orders with delivery address in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal or Spain (including Cannary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). - Only one gift voucher may be used per order and they cannot be accumulated to other promotional discounts. - To process your purchase, all we need is the name, surname(s) and e-mail address of the person you wish to send the gift voucher to. - If you pay for your order by gift voucher and the order amount is greater than the value of the gift cheque, you will have to pay the difference via any of the available payment methods . 2- Exchanges and/or returns - Exchanges and returns for orders paid for using a gift voucher operate in the same way as all other orders made at Mangoshop. - If you return a garment, its value will be credited to the balance of the gift voucher. The credit will take 15 days to become effective. The customer will then be informed of the new available balance via e-mail. - If part of the order is paid by credit card, first the card used will be credited and the remainder will be credited as a new balance on the gift voucher. 3- Balance queryYou can consult the balance of a gift voucher at any time in the Gift Voucher option on the menu of our virtual store. 4- Validity The gift voucher is valid for one year. Two weeks prior to expiry, you will be sent an e-mail informing you of the time remaining and the remaining balance.
