*MANGO-On Line has made an effort to show the colour of garments as closest as reality as possible. However, the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality of your computer monitor. MANGO-On Line cannot guarantee that the colours you can see on your monitor are exactly like the real colours.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until end of stock.

Shopping Procedures

a) To buy an item, select it and add it to your shopping bag with a click on the icon.

b) Your shopping bag will contain the reference of the item selected, name, size, colour and price in the corresponding currency (taxes included).

WARNING: The price does not include postage costs, because rates vary depending on the country of destination.

c) Fill in all your personal details in the order form, they will be transferred to our database in order to process the order and facilitate your new purchases with Mangoshop. You can also access your account and ordering details. Remember that personal details must be provided with accuracy to prevent confusion or incidents in the despatch of the item/s acquired. If you so require, you will receive information by post and/ore-mail and the publications of MANGO-MNG.

d) Before your order is actually processed, you will get a summary of the items acquired, total price (postage and taxes included) and despatch data. To confirm the order, please click the "Accept Purchase" button.

e) Purchases are paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), by MANGO card Spain or by bank transfer (customers in Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France and Spain only). No other payment methods are accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the customer is charged online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial entity, once it has been confirmed that all the details communicated are correct.

f) When the transaction is confirmed, the order number is communicated throughout the web site to enable tracking of the order at all times.

g) An e-mail message will also be sent with a description of the order and the personal data submitted. Failure to receive this message can be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a spelling mistake in the e-mail address. In both cases, you are advised to contact Customer Service.

h) If at the time of sending the order, our warehouse detects that there is no stock of one of the products ordered, we will try to track it. In the event that we are not able to find it, the customer shall be notified immediately and the article shall be refunded within a few days.

Currency and taxes

All prices on this webpage are shown in the currency of the country of destination (taxes included), except for Malta, where they are shown in euros.

In accordance with current legislation, Mango-On Line S.A. is obliged to charge VAT on all orders with delivery addresses in member states of the European Union. VAT will be charged at the legally applicable rate.

All orders where the destination is outside the EU, will not be charged communitarian VAT, as they are exempt, on the other hand, any other taxes and/or custom duties applicable within the country of choice will be applied.

Once you have finished your order and before payment, you will get a summary of the items acquired and their total price (taxes and postage included).

Mango-On-Line S.A. gives users the option of selecting the country of destination at the beginning of the order, so that they can see the price with tax included. If the delivery address is changed and the country of destination is modified, prices shown at the end of the order may suffer some alterations.

Payment Method and Secure On-line Transactions.

MANGO-On Line will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or AMEX), by MANGO card Spain or by bank transfer (customers in Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France and Spain only). American Express cards are only accepted for payments in euros.

Payments with the MANGO card are only possible for holders of the MANGO card Spain. As with other purchases in our stores in Spain, for each purchase you can choose the most convenient payment method: immediate payment, payment the following month, fixed monthly repayment, payment in 3 months without interest or payment delayed by 4 to 24 months.

Only customers in Germany, France and Spain may pay by bank transfer. The account number from which the transfer is made must be a current account in a bank in the country in which the order was billed. Customers will be responsible for any commission charges resulting from the transfer. For payments by bank transfer, customers will be provided with the account number to which the transfer should be made. As a reference, customers must state the order number and their full name. Customers have 3 working days from the date on which the order was placed to make payment. The order will not be accepted until confirmation of payment is received. If payment is not made within the stated period, the order will be cancelled.

For payments by credit or debit card, the customer is charged on-line, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial entity, once it has been confirmed that all the details communicated are correct. In order to give the payment system maximum security, MANGO-On Line uses the secure payment systems of leading financial entities in electronic commerce. This way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted manner (SSL) to the relevant financial entity.

For payments by Visa and MasterCard, MANGO-On Line only accepts SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode markings. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When payment is made via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically checks whether the credit card has been activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then it connects with the card's issuing bank, and requests authorisation for the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be effected if the issuing bank of the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As an additional security measure to the "Secure Payment" system, and to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, MANGO-On Line reserves the right to check the personal details provided by the customer and to adopt any measures it considers appropriate (including cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that the purchased goods are dispatched in accordance with the details stated on the order.

Purchase Limits

MANGO-On Line does not permit the purchase of MANGO-MNG items for resale. Customers cannot buy items for more than 1500 euros (or an equivalent amount in the corresponding currency) or place orders containing more than 40 items. Any customers who wish to acquire more items for purposes other than resale must contact the Customer Service, where they will be informed of the options available to buy higher quantities.

Shipping information

The items bought in Mangoshop will be sent by an international courier company and delivered within an approximate period of 2 to 5 working days.

To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone.

Tracking of the order is possible at Mangoshop. You can see where your goods are at any time until final delivery.

Postage expenses are calculated according to the delivery country, the items acquired and the packaging used for dispatch. The exact postage rate will be calculated including every item in the shopping bag and will appear on the page that summarises the contents of the purchase before confirmation of the order with the «Accept Purchase» button, before introducing the credit or debit card number and expiration date.

For orders to be delivered outside the European Union, the deliveries will be made by DDP, in other words, the total cost of the order will include all local taxes; for this reason the customer will not need to make any additional payments on receiving the order.

It is not possible to deliver orders to post-office boxes or military bases.

MANGO-MNG Gifts

MANGO-On Line has a service of presents on line. The shopping system is the same as for a personal purchase. The only requirement is that the addressee must have a delivery address within the countries of distribution of Mangoshop.

You can write a personal message to the addressee, which will be included in a document enclosed with the parcel.

MANGO-On Line guarantees that the documentation enclosed with the parcel will not show the price of the item for deliveries with a destination within the EU. For all other deliveries, and due to customs requirements, the price of the article will be shown on the documentation attached.

However, the receiver will benefit from all options of exchange and returns available to our customers.

Gift voucher

Mangoshop Gift vouchers are the easiest way of sending fashion to whoever you want at any time.

The gift vouchers can only be acquired at Mangoshop and can only be used to buy articles for sale at Mangoshop.

Gift vouchers are only available for three different amounts: 30€, 60€ and 100€.

The Mangoshop gift vouchers can only be redeemed in orders with delivery address in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal or Spain (including Cannary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

When you buy a gift voucher, you cannot add any other article to the order, and only one voucher can be bought per order.

In order to be able to process the purchase of a gift voucher, we will need the following data of the person who will receive it: name, surname and e-mail. This data will only be used for the correct processing of the gift voucher.

Only one gift voucher can be used per order, and it will not be possible to add it to other promotional discounts.

If the cost of the order amounts is less than the total value of the gift voucher, the remaining value will be available to the bearer to be used for other orders.

If the total cost of the order is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining cost must be paid by the client using one of the forms of payment available at Mangoshop

The exchange and/or return policy for orders paid for using a gift voucher will be the same as for any other order made at Mangoshop

The amount to be returned will be added to the value of the gift voucher.

The refund to the value of the gift voucher will take approximately fifteen days from the date in which the article is returned. Once this refund is effective, the bearer will be informed by e-mail of the new amount available.

If part of the order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be returned first to the credit card used and the rest will be added to the gift voucher.

It will be possible to check the status of the gift voucher at any time using the Gift voucher option.

All gift vouchers will be valid for one year. The bearer will receive an e-mail two weeks before the voucher expires telling her how long she has left, and the current status of the gift voucher.

Watches

Our new collection of watches, created in collaboration with the Swatch group, is also available at Mangoshop. Check them out: their modern designs combine perfectly with your MANGO garments.

The watches will not be available in the following countries: Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Guarantee

The guarantee, which must be produced for any exchange or refund, is the delivery note you will be sent with your order and is valid for 2 years.

Mango-On Line will only accept exchanges and/or returns for watches purchased at its virtual store.

The guarantee does not cover:

- Battery life.

- Normal wear and tear of the parts (such as scratched glass, discoloration of the strap or metal housing, damage to metal finish, etc.)

- Damage resulting from improper use.

- Manipulation by unauthorised persons (when changing the batteries, etc.).

In the case of defective materials or manufacture, or where the customer has changed her mind, Mango-On Line will accept exchanges and/or refunds for a period 30 days, counting from the date of receipt, provided that the article has not been used and/or damaged. To return the article within this period, visit the Exchanges and/or refunds section and proceed as indicated for other garments.

Once 30 days from the reception of the order have elapsed, contact Swatch Technical Service for any possible exchange and/or refund. To return the article, send it to Swatch directly as stated in the guarantee. If you require an invoice or copy of the order, contact our Customer Service department.

Exchanges and refunds within the European Union

If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, you can return the item within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt provided that the garment has not been used or damaged. Consequently, MANGO-On Line cannot accept exchanges and returns of items, which are damaged or used or without their original packaging, unless the damage is due to a flaw.

We regret that for hygienic reasons swimwear and jewellery will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

It is not possible to exchange one model for a different one; only the size and/or colour of the garment may be exchanged. To exchange one article for another one, you should return it for a refund and place a new order.

All dispatches will include a RETURNS FORM (except orders with a delivery address outside the European Union and orders paid for by bank transfer), which must be completed and enclosed with any returned items.

Exchanges and refunds direct to stores (Only within the European Union)

Any items acquired on line are part of the collection of articles on sale at MANGO-MNG stores. Therefore, MANGO-On Line offers the possibility -subject to available stock at the stores- to change the size and colour of the same item at any MANGO-MNG store.

Items bought on line can be returned at any MANGO-MNG store for refund. At the MANGO store you will be given a ticket to certify the return, which will be communicated to MANGO-On Line and transferred to the Bank for the amount to be refunded to your account.

For an item to be refunded or exchanged it must be in its original packaging and enclose a duly completed returns form.

Changes of size or colour or return for refund of the items purchased can be made by ordinary post (we recommend sending the package by registered mail).

All items must be returned in their original packaging, enclosing a duly completed returns form.

Once the item is received, MANGO-On Line will check that it is in good condition and will send the size or colour requested or will ask the Bank to return payment on the credit card used, whichever is applicable.

Shipping charges for products to be exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances will Mango-On Line accept goods returned pay-on-delivery.

In the event that Mango-On Line has mistakenly sent you an article different to the one ordered, or if the quality of the article sent is not acceptable, Mango-On Line, once it has checked the error or defect, will credit you with the proportional part of the delivery costs (return) for the defective garment, having previously requested from the customer the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund..

To return or exchange a garment, you should print the Return Form located in the Order Status option of Mangoshop. Once the form has been printed, you should complete it and enclose it with your return. You must also provide MANGO-On Line with a bank account number to be credited with the corresponding amount in cases where goods are being returned. This account number must belong to a bank in the country in which the order was billed.

Exchanges and refunds outside the European Union

Registered Users

In order to do your shopping at Mangoshop you must become a registered user. All your data will be kept in Mangoshop database in order to process the order and to make your purchases faster and easier.

When registering, all users can ask the system to recognise them automatically. This will speed up the purchasing process for users and permit more direct access to their details, since previous identification to access these details will not be necessary. Automatic recognition is performed by means of cookies. If users have asked the system to recognise them automatically, Mangoshop will only ask these users to identify themselves in cases where they have logged on to Mangoshop from a different computer or if they have deleted their temporary Internet files (cache memory and/or cookies).

Security and Privacy
