1- Can I purchase from the MANGO virtual store from anywhere in the world?

Mangoshop offers you the possibility of making your purchases from any country, as long as the delivery address is within a country belonging to the EU (with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania): Austria, Belgium, Cyprus (southern area), the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (continental), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Libigno, Campione and Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, as well as in Andorra, Canada, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Channel Islands.

2- How can I pay for my purchases in the virtual store?

You can pay for your on-line purchases by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express, by MANGO card Spain or by bank transfer (customers in Germany, France and Spain only). (See Payment Methods )

3. How much does delivery cost?

Postage expenses are calculated according to the delivery country, the items acquired and the packaging used for dispatch. The exact transport cost is detailed on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order is confirmed. MANGO-ON Line offers free delivery to all customers who purchase above a minimum amount. Consult the table containing the minimum amount required in each country under the option Dispatch in this help.

4- What it is the delivery time?

Delivery of purchases made in Mangoshop is carried out by international courier. Approximate delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days. (See Dispatch )

5- Is it safe to purchase on the Internet?

At MANGO we are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, MANGO guarantees you total security for any purchases you make in the virtual store. MANGO-On Line uses the secure payment systems of leading financial entities in electronic commerce. This way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted manner (SSL) to the financial entity. (See Payment Methods )

6- Can I exchange or return articles purchased at Mangoshop?

You can exchange articles for another size and/or colour, or ask for a refund in any MANGO store within the European Union. It is also possible to exchange or return goods by sending the article by post to our Central Offices in Barcelona (the address can be found on the back of the Refund Form). As an exception, refunds and/or garment exchanges in the Cannary Islands, Ceuta, Channel Islands, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Melilla, Poland and Slovakia stores as well as in the Mango stores in the House of Fraser department stores in United Kingdom and Printemps in France will not take place. 7- Can I purchase garments which do not appear in Mangoshop?

If the garment, size or colour you are looking for is not available in the virtual store, you could try to obtain it in your normal establishment. However, bear in mind that the selection of garments that appears in the virtual store is renewed periodically during the course of each season.
