1- Types of credit cards accepted

- We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express credit and debit cards. American Express cards are only accepted for payments in euros.

- For payments using credit and/or debit cards, the charge will be made in real time.

2- Security during the payment process

- All data is transmitted in SSL encrypted format.

- For payment with Visa and MasterCard only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted.

- After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, the system will connect with the issuing bank in order for the customer to authorise the purchase. As soon as the bank has confirmed the authentication, the charge will be made against the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled

3- Other payment methods

MANGO Card

- We also accept the MANGO Card (only for purchases made in Spain).

- Customers may choose the payment method that suits them from the following: immediate payment, payment the following month, fixed monthly instalments, payment in three (3) months without interest or payment spread over four (4) to twenty-four (24) months.

Bank transfer

- In some countries we also accept payment via bank transfer: wherever applicable, this option is displayed on the payment page.

- The transfer must be made from a bank in the same country the order was invoiced.

- All transfer fees shall be borne by the purchaser.

- When making the transfer, the order number and full name of the customer, as stated when placing the order, must be given as a reference. Your order will be sent once we have received payment.

- The transfer must be made within a period of three (3) working days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.

In order to process any refund, you must state your bank account number. Without this information, we will be unable to deposit the refund amount. To do this, access your Orders and click on "Return Form". This option allows you to provide us with your details and download the form you need to complete in order to process the refund.
