Guarantee The guarantee, which must be produced for any exchange or refund, is the delivery note you will be sent with your order and is valid for 2 years. Mango-On Line will only accept exchanges and/or returns for watches purchased at its virtual store. The guarantee does not cover: - Battery life. - Normal wear and tear of the parts (such as scratched glass, discoloration of the strap or metal housing, damage to metal finish, etc.) - Damage resulting from improper use. - Manipulation by unauthorised persons (when changing the batteries, etc.). In the case of defective materials or manufacture, or where the customer has changed her mind, Mango-On Line will accept exchanges and/or refunds for a period 30 days, counting from the date of receipt, provided that the article has not been used and/or damaged. To return the article within this period, visit the Exchanges and/or refunds section and proceed as indicated for other garments. Once 30 days from the reception of the order have elapsed, contact Swatch Technical Service for any possible exchange and/or refund. To return the article, send it to Swatch directly as stated in the guarantee. If you require an invoice or copy of the order, contact our Customer Service department.
