- The products offered are available within the European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (southern area), the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (continental), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Libigno, Campione and Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romani, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, as well as in Andorra, Canada, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Channel Islands.

- Dispatch is carried out by an international courier company.

- To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone.

- Remember, we cannot deliver to military bases or PO boxes.

Orders will be delivered within two (2) to five (5) working days.
This deadline may be delayed in countries with customs administration.

2- Delivery cost

The dispatch amount is calculated according to the destination country, the garments purchased and the packaging used to send them. The total dispatch amount is indicated on the order summary page prior to order confirmation.

In order to guarantee a high standard of carrier services, delivery costs are applied to all orders placed at Mangoshop.com. However, we offer special rates for the largest orders. Therefore, the more articles included in your order, the cheaper the delivery costs.

4- Deliveries outside the EU

The cost of orders to be dispatched outside the European Union include all customs duties and other taxes, therefore you will not need to pay anything when your parcel is delivered.

If, for any reason, the courier company asks you to pay any amount, contact us and so that we can resolve the matter.
